Bill Ferguson
Bill Ferguson

Director

Bill was a Scotland Yard Officer for 20 years. He specialised in covert criminal investigation and operations related to the tracking of assets, people firearms and drugs. Bill was medically retired as a result of serious injuries sustained on duty. Since 2008 Bill has been involved in the private sector and has used his experience to refine and develop what is a very successful model for recovering assets for victims of financial crime using civil, criminal litigation and insolvency processes.

John Pennie
John Pennie

Legal Advisor

John Pennie is a retired solicitor who specialised for over 30 years in insolvency, company turnaround, director disqualification and also intellectual property. John was a long serving director of the Institute for Turnaround, as well as adviser to the Lord Chancellor on insolvency legislation and acting for 25 years as a Moderator of the examination that all British liquidators have to pass to get their licence.

Nick
Nick

Nick was a career detective with Merseyside police for 30 years where he served on Special Branch and the Fraud squad. On leaving the police he spent 8 years with The Insolvency Service on the criminal prosecutions department. Nick is a specialist in preparing criminal prosecutions for financial crime.

Jo Markham
Jo Markham

Director - Office & Administrations Manager

Jo initially trained as an accountant before moving to work for a government benefits department where she became a senior benefits officer responsible for an area team dedicated to targeting and prosecuting benefit fraudsters. Jo is highly trained in IT and data management and has a solid background and extensive experience in business administration, support and management.

John Rynne
John Rynne

Director

John was a Metropolitan Police Chief Inspector involved in and organising front line operational policing in south & west London. Specialising in Operations Controls and contingency planning. He was part of the senior management team responsible for IT development and crime reporting and analysis. He has an Honours degree in IT and computing and he put these skills to practical use within the policing environment.

Simon
Simon

Simon served as detective with the Metropolitan police for 30 years. His career included postings to the Flying Squad, SO15 Anti-terrorist Squad and National Crime Squad. He is our in-house surveillance specialist. Since leaving the police Simon has been working in the private sector as a case officer for a U.K. company specialising in private criminal prosecutions.
