Jo Markham
Managing Director
With a background in accounting and extensive experience as a senior benefits officer targeting and prosecuting benefit fraud, she brings exceptional expertise in enforcement and investigations.
Highly skilled in IT, data management, and business administration, she specialises in managing complex corporate and personal assignments, including asset identification and recovery in the UK and internationally.

John Pennie
Director
John is a retired solicitor with over 30 years of experience specialising in insolvency, company turnaround, director disqualification, and intellectual property.
A former long-serving director of the Institute for Turnaround, he also advised the Lord Chancellor on insolvency legislation. For 25 years, he served as Moderator for the examination required for all British liquidators to obtain their license, cementing his authority in the field.

Julia Ferguson
Director
Julia studied French at Kingston and Lyon Universities before transitioning into retail management with the Storehouse Group. She was then headhunted to become a senior manager at East Berkshire Health Trust, leading the Training and Development department.
She has specialised in translation and legal liaison, working with English-speaking clients of lawyers and notaries in France. Also responsible for administration and bookkeeping within the company and serves as our qualified in-house trainer

Simon Cuthbertson
Director of Investigations
Simon served as a detective with the Metropolitan Police for 30 years+, with postings to the Flying Squad, SO15 Anti-Terrorist Squad & National Crime Squad. As an expert in disclosure and case presentation, he is our in-house surveillance specialist. With a distinguished career, he has led sensitive covert investigations, including tracing and recovering individuals, assets, and contraband in the UK and internationally. He has since worked in the private sector as a case officer specialising in private criminal prosecutions

John Rynne
Director
John is a former Metropolitan Police Chief Inspector with extensive experience in frontline operational policing across South and West London. He specialised in operations control and contingency planning, ensuring effective responses in high-pressure environments. As part of the senior management team, John played a key role in IT development, crime reporting, and analysis, leveraging his Honours degree in IT and Computing to implement practical solutions within the policing framework
